30 DAYS CHALLENGE - DRINK WATER

It's late July and I just have a will to write about my June's challenge. It was drank enough water. Actually, in 2018 I already did this challenge, and I really feel the impact, my skin wasn't dry anymore and what's the amazing thing was milia disappear. So, what I feel in 2020? First thing first, the best skincare is drink water, get enough of water. I am more like to ignore to drink because I think that I'm just too lazy to get downstair and take a glass of water. But drink enough water is as important as brush your teeth. Before this challenge begin I only drink water before and after have a meal. So that maybe only 6 glasses of water, or 1,2 liter per a day (200ml per a glass). As a reminder, I downloaded Water Drink Reminder  app on my phone. It can calculate my water requirements in my body based on body weight. I'm 44 kg and I need 1452 liter per a day (Idk how they calculate this tho). Based on my daily habits of drink water and the requirement of water...
