30 DAYS CHALLENGE - DRINK WATER

It's late July and I just have a will to write about my June's challenge. It was drank enough water. Actually, in 2018 I already did this challenge, and I really feel the impact, my skin wasn't dry anymore and what's the amazing thing was milia disappear. So, what I feel in 2020?

First thing first, the best skincare is drink water, get enough of water. I am more like to ignore to drink because I think that I'm just too lazy to get downstair and take a glass of water. But drink enough water is as important as brush your teeth. Before this challenge begin I only drink water before and after have a meal. So that maybe only 6 glasses of water, or 1,2 liter per a day (200ml per a glass). As a reminder, I downloaded Water Drink Reminder app on my phone. It can calculate my water requirements in my body based on body weight. I'm 44 kg and I need 1452 liter per a day (Idk how they calculate this tho). Based on my daily habits of drink water and the requirement of water in my body, I need more 252ml in my body, or let's just make it simple 300 ml.

The impact of drink enough water just as the same as my challenge in 2018, some milias disappear, my skin was not dry anymore, my urine is so clear like Pandawa Beach water, and don't forget PEE ALL THE TIME. Me gusta hehe. If I do a workout I need more water and stay hydrated. In addition I ONLY DRANK WATER, no tea, coffee, milk, or any sugary drinks. I used to love buy some thai tea, green tea, and teh tarik, it was quite hard to keep away from the sugary drinks. But I did it anyway, now I learn that I shouldn't limit myself and telling "I can't do that", right?

I think this is enough, it was a great challenge and I feel the impact, and I love to do it again now, 8 glasses per a day, and I hate it when my urine coloured ughhh.
