30 DAYS CHALLENGE - GET ENOUGH SLEEP
Alright,
It's the beginning of March so I'm gonna tell you how was my 'get enough sleep' challenge went. So, usually I woke up at 7 a.m. and went to bed around 12 or 1 a.m. Many people said, adult needs 7 to 9 hours sleep. Well, I'm not really sure about it, so I did my little research, and it's right adult needs 7 to 9 hours sleep. I'm not really busy lately, because I have no job and things to do, so this is the right time for me to do this challenge.
Back to when I was a college student, I slept less than 7 hours. Homeworks, thesis, group projects, it killed my sleep time back then. I remember I was not sleep for more than 36 hours because I had something to do with my university stuff. How did I feel? It was not good, not recommended. I've ever feel sleep more than 9 hours, and it was not feel good as well, I felt tired (after 10 HOURS OF SLEEP, YES TIRED), unstable mood, and dizzy. I realize the quality of sleep is really important for my physical health and mental health.
I once tried sleep calculator, it is a good application for maintaining my sleep schedule. That application calculates my sleep time based on the stages of sleep. As you know, after I tried this app I felt more healthy, not dizzy, and not tired, even I slept less than 7 hours. But in this challenge, I did not use the app. I only use my own calculation which I need to sleep for 7 to 9 hours. If I went to bed at 10 p.m., so I woke up at 5 a.m. and so on.
Get enough sleep made me more happy after I wake up. Happy just like a usual happy, no a happy like after you got a new car. I'll keep doing this challenge until now and later, because it does changes me in a good way. But if you're a busy person like you can't get enough sleep, I recommend you to use sleep calculator, so that even you sleep less you still have a good sleep cycle.
